Our Pharmacy Team

Our Clinical Pharmacists and technician are experts in medication issues. They are involved in medication reviews, answering queries you may have about your medication, making sure you are on the right medications after a stay in hospital and liaising with local pharmacies. In-house Pharmacists are becoming more and more common as part of the team of clinicians who are working on our patients’ behalf.  Because they are experts in their field, medication issues are often best placed to be dealt with by a Pharmacist, rather than a GP.  They undertake medication reviews.
