How To Register
As long as you live in the UK you can register with us.
Please note the only service we cannot offer are home visits for patients who do not have an LS10 post code. If you live outside the LS10 postcode and need a home visit you will be asked to contact NHS 111 who will direct you to a local service such as another GP practice near to where you live.
Contact the surgery and we will either email you the registration form and health forms to complete or we can organise for you to collect them from the front door.

Practice Geographical Area
The practice covers a geographical area that is centered on the LSsouth Leeds. It is bordered by Southleigh Road, The Clearings, Belle Isle Circus and Winrose Grove to the north, the A1/M, Middleton Lane (A654) to the south and the disused railway lines to the west.
NHS 111
The way you access health care information, advice and services on the telephone is changing. Over the next few months the 0845 4647 service is being replaced by NHS 111 in England.
You should call the NHS 111 service if you need medical help fast, but it’s not a 999 emergency.
You will be assessed, given advice and directed straightaway to the local service that can help you best. Calls to NHS 111 are free from landlines and mobile phones.
